Baton Rouge General’s Orthopedic Unit is home to nurses who are committed to professional development and providing the highest level of care. The Orthopedic Unit is located on both the Bluebonnet and Mid City campuses, offering a diverse group, with nurses that possess a wide range of clinical experience.
Unit leadership and staff welcome those interested in joining the team and are happy to share their knowledge with new colleagues. When speaking about working on her unit, the manager has this to say:
“You will get experience, collaboration, and functional relationships with other departments. And upon your patient discharge, you will see the satisfaction and gratitude on their faces.”
